Service Satisfaction
Meaningfulshshop is committed to providing quality landscaping services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss your concerns.
We will work diligently to address any issues and ensure your satisfaction. Our goal is to resolve concerns promptly and fairly.
Service Adjustments
We will work with you to address any issues with completed services. This may include:
- Additional work to meet agreed-upon specifications
- Corrections to work that does not meet our standards
- Adjustments to ensure your satisfaction
- Re-performance of services when necessary
All service adjustments will be completed at no additional charge if the original work did not meet the agreed specifications.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Our cancellation policies are as follows:
- 24+ hours notice: No cancellation fee
- Less than 24 hours notice: May be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost
- Same-day cancellation: May be subject to full service charge
- No-show: Full service charge applies
Cancellation fees help cover our scheduling and preparation costs. We understand emergencies happen and will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Policy
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We will evaluate refund requests based on the following factors:
- Whether services were completed as agreed
- The nature and extent of any issues
- Our ability to resolve concerns through adjustments
- The circumstances surrounding the service
If services were not completed as agreed or if there are significant issues that cannot be resolved through adjustments, we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include:
- Partial refund based on work completed
- Full refund if services were not performed
- Credit toward future services
- Additional work at no charge
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us within 7 days of service completion
- Provide details about your concerns
- Allow us the opportunity to address the issue
- If resolution is not possible, we will process your refund request
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
Non-Refundable Services
Certain services may be non-refundable, including:
- Consultation fees (if services are not booked)
- Services that have been completed to agreed specifications
- Services affected by circumstances beyond our control (weather, natural disasters)
- Services where materials have been purchased specifically for your project
Weather and Natural Events
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by weather conditions or natural events beyond our control. In such cases:
- Services will be rescheduled at no additional charge
- No refunds will be provided for weather-related delays
- We will work with you to find alternative scheduling options
Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about our services or refund decisions, we encourage open communication. Our process includes:
